It's partially cloudy around Koh Samui but there's also enough sunshine to make it a nice day with maybe a shower during the late afternoon. Current temp at 9am is 28C
At Panagsama Beach near Moalboal in the Philippines, the PADI IE for our PADI IDC Candidates of the November 2015 IDC has started under a cloudy but dry sky. Current temp at 10am local time is 28C

Yesterday saw rain around the island with a max temp of 31C
Most people around Moalboal in the Philippines and plenty of other locations around the country can't afford to cook on gas, hence they need to buy this wood and that's how they fire their stoves.
The forecast has drastically changed overnight and this time for the better, plenty of sunshine and not that much rain has been predicted for the next ten days. Enjoy it!
