Goodbye to February 2015

Time flies, especially in the shortest month of the year and it brings us to a 'Goodbye to February 2015'.

The weather was great, sometimes a little breeze, it was sunny almost all month long with very nice and agreeable temperatures and there was hardly any rain to speak off. Now, towards the end of the month you can feel the quicksilver on the thermometers rising, almost day by day is getting a tiny bit warmer.
We can easily file this 2015 February version under a good month for Samui weather! Except for February in the year 2008, all my recorded February's are similar in their weather pattern.

And so castles made of sand, fall in the sea, eventually (Lyrics by Jimi Hendrix) on Fisherman's Village beach

Besides having been on Phuket at the beginning of the month for a PADI IDC on Phuket, I was home for the rest of the month, which was great!
We did a few things to remind you of, a visit to the 'Thai Experience', a highly recommended culinary experience and we played a great game in Lamai; Escapology. This also comes highly recommended.
Furthermore, there was also the second New Year that we celebrate in Thailand; Chinese New Year and in Wat Plai Laem there was the opening of the new Sermon Hall that went hand in hand with a party and a couple of days worth of night market action at the temple grounds.

A good month and time to start looking forward to March 2015.
