Gong Xi Fa Cai 2015 or happy Chinese New Year. This is the second out of three New Years being celebrated in Thailand! Western New Year is barely behind us and Chinese New Year is already upon us, to be followed in April by Songkran or Thai New Year.

There will be a big celebration in the Chinese communities all around Thailand, including Maenam, where there is a Chinese shrine.
